Our research centres on general algebra (also known as universal algebra), semigroup theory, complexity theory, algebraic logic, the theory of natural dualities, lattice theory and related areas.

We meet at weekly seminars throughout the academic year and we are also actively involved in the annual Australian Algebra Conference.
